Automatic coating/pelleting/encrusting and drying system
The ICDS HR750ASFCP with ABDS750 is suited for drying full pelleted products in a automatic process. The dryer is capable to dry 3-5 batches of the HR750 together to increase the drying time. For example when your pelleting process is about 10 minutes, you have 30-50 minutes to dry several batches together.
One of the advantages of the ABDS750 is the real-time moisture increasing weighing system. Due to the technical design you can constantly weigh the amount of product in the dryer. It is also possible to control the drying process by weight.
