1. General Integrated Coating / Drying Systems
Hoopman equipment & engineering b.v. (e&e) is a specialist in application equipment for seed. The latest development work has resulted in two unique coating/drying systems. Since ICI’s development of the rotary coating equipment many conventional seed dressing systems have been replaced by this still state of the art pesticide application principle.
Our novelty is that we have been capable of combining the extreme rapid application advantages of the rotary coating principle with a connected unique non vibration fluidised bed system. We do not dry in the rotary coater since this will greatly affect the capacity of the rotary coating system. There are two systems available.
Both drying principles are available in complete automated coating-drying systems. All systems can be equipped with state of the art, easy to use, touch screen panels to control the application and drying process. Easy recipe change/ storage is available too. E&e rotary coaters are specially designed to handle pelleting, encrusting and film-coating processes.
