Seed Blower R38
The Hoopman-Franken R 38 seed blower has a very uniform and stable laminar vertical airflow and precisely adjustable pressure. By using compressed air rather than an air fan, there is no interaction by pressure difference of the ambient air and fluctuations that come with pressure fans; this results in a very high stability and reproducibility. Furthermore, this seed blower is suitable for both light and heavy seeds without changing the tubes. All elements that are in touch with the seeds are made in metal or glass, eliminating any static uploading and minimizing the chance of carry over / contamination between samples.
The seed Franken R 38 seed blower is ideal for grass seed and is used by the NAK (General Dutch Seed Inspection Service) for purity testing.
The unit is provided with a moist / dirt filter in order to protect the instruments. The exact pressure required for the separation is adjusted by a reducer valve for the compressed air. The complete unit is very easy to monitor and clean.
