1. BS1 Belt Separator
Separation on surface structure (smoothness/roundness)
The Belt Separator system invented at Franken Machines was the first belt separator with a horizontal transport on the belt. Because of that design, the seeds do not fall on top of the sorting direction, as with old belt separators. This makes the system more accurate and gives a better separating result and gives you the option to make more than one fraction.
The BS is usable for a wide range of seeds. In the sugar beet seed, the capacity of the BS is more than 300% higher than the conventional vertical belt sorting systems. A security glass plate prevents the seeds from jumping on the belt, to make the process even more accurate. To make it a very flexible and variable system the inclination, belt speed and feeder speed can be continuously variable adjusted.
Standard equipped with:
- Control panel with variable beld speed and feeder speed
- Manual angle adjustment of the belt
- 3 seed outlets
- 2 dust extraction points
